Manufacturer of custom pouches, bags and film
Custom Flexible Packaging
Flexible packaging is packaging made from printed films, foils and papers instead of rigid board, glass or plastic: pouches, bags, sachets, stick packs and film on rolls. Cubit makes every major format to order in its own factory, printed with your brand and built with the barrier, closures and features your product needs.
Flexible packaging formats
Each format has its own page with styles, films, options and buyer questions.

Films, printing and features
The film decides how well a pack protects. Foil laminates give the highest barrier against oxygen, moisture, light and odor; metallized films give a strong barrier at lower weight; clear films show the product; kraft paper laminations give a natural look; and compostable or mono-material recyclable structures lower the environmental impact where the product allows.
Pouches and film are printed digitally for shorter runs and many designs, or by rotogravure for long runs with consistent color. Every format can add the features buyers expect:
- Press-to-close and child-resistant zippers
- One-way degassing valves
- Tear notches
- Hang holes: round, euro and butterfly
- Clear windows in any shape
- Spouts and caps
- Tin-ties
- Matte, gloss and soft finishes, foil and spot gloss accents
Wholesale and bulk flexible packaging
Most of what we make ships as bulk orders: brands restocking retail and online channels, co-packers filling for several clients, and food, coffee, supplement, cannabis and household companies running whole product lines in one pouch format. Buying custom pouches wholesale from the manufacturer means one specification per SKU and a price per unit that falls as the run grows.
Send your product, format and quantities, or several run sizes to compare, and we quote each one. For wholesale pages by family, see wholesale mylar bags and wholesale stand-up pouches.

Flexible packaging questions
What is flexible packaging?
Packaging made from films, foils and papers that bend instead of holding a fixed shape: pouches, bags, sachets, stick packs, wraps and printed film on rolls. It uses less material than boxes, jars and bottles and ships flat until filled.
What flexible packaging does Cubit make?
Mylar bags, stand-up pouches, flat bottom, side gusset and quad seal bags, spout pouches, retort and vacuum pouches, child-resistant bags, coffee bags, sachets, stick packs, pillow pouches and flow wrap, snack bags, compostable and recyclable pouches, and printed rollstock.
Do you sell custom pouches wholesale?
Yes. Every pouch and bag is made to order and quoted factory-direct, so wholesale buyers deal with the manufacturer. Bulk pricing is per unit and falls as the run grows.
Can you handle large flexible packaging orders?
Yes. Large runs are where our factory is most efficient, and we quote orders of 100,000 units and more, across several designs or sizes.
Pre-made pouches or rollstock?
Pre-made pouches suit hand filling and pouch-filling machines; rollstock suits form-fill-seal lines that make the pack as they fill it. Many brands use both: rollstock for their biggest SKUs and pre-made pouches for the rest.
What do you need for a flexible packaging quote?
The product and fill weight or bag size, the format, closures and features, film or finish, quantity per design or several run sizes to compare, and your artwork if you have it.
