Custom Stick Packs
Stick packs are narrow, tube-shaped single-dose packets with a long back seal and a seal at each end. They hold powders, granules and liquids such as supplements, drink mixes, sugar, instant coffee and honey. Cubit prints the barrier film that stick pack machines form, fill and seal, in your brand design.
Also called: stick packets, stick pack sachets, single-dose sticks, powder stick packs, drink mix sticks, stick pack film.

Why brands choose stick packs
A stick pack uses less film than a square sachet for the same dose, fits neatly into a carton or a pocket, and pours cleanly into a bottle or cup. That makes it the standard single-serve format for electrolyte and protein powders, collagen, pre-workout, instant coffee, sweeteners and honey.
How stick packs are made
Stick packs are formed on multi-lane stick pack machines. The machine slits printed rollstock into lanes, wraps each lane into a tube, seals the back, fills the dose and seals the ends, so many sticks come off the line at once. We print and laminate the rollstock for your machine or your co-packer’s.
Films and barrier
Supplements and drink mixes absorb moisture and lose potency in light and air, so most stick packs use foil or metallized laminates. Paper laminations and clear films suit products with simpler needs. The sealant is matched to the machine’s seal temperature and speed.
Wholesale and bulk stick packs
Stick packs are a volume format: multi-lane machines turn out thousands of sticks an hour, so stick pack film is bought in bulk for each flavor or SKU. Supplement brands often run a stick pack line next to a full-size pouch in matching artwork.
Tell us your monthly stick count and number of flavors, and we quote film for the run sizes that fit.
Questions about stick packs
What is a stick pack?
A narrow, tube-shaped single-dose packet with a back seal and two end seals, used for powders, granules and liquids.
Do you sell pre-made stick packs?
Stick packs are formed and filled on stick pack machines, so we supply the printed rollstock they are made from. If you need filling, your co-packer runs the film on their machine.
What products go in stick packs?
Protein, electrolyte and collagen powders, pre-workout, drink mixes, instant coffee, sugar and sweeteners, honey and other liquids.
Stick pack or sachet?
A stick pack uses less film for the same dose and pours cleanly into a bottle; a square sachet gives a bigger print area. Both suit single servings.
Can stick packs be private label?
Yes. We print stick pack film with your brand, for your own line or for a co-packer filling for you.
What do you need to quote stick pack film?
Stick width and length or the dose, product type, machine lane count and web width if known, quantity per flavor and your artwork.
