Custom Sachets
Sachets are small sealed packets that hold one serving or one sample: a powder, a liquid, a cream or a few pieces. They are sealed on three or four sides, often with a tear notch for opening. Cubit prints custom sachets for food, supplements, cosmetics and household products, pre-made or on rollstock for sachet machines.

What sachets are used for
Sachets let customers try a product without buying a full size, and let brands sell one serving at a time. Typical uses:

3-side seal or 4-side seal
A 3-side seal sachet is folded at the bottom and sealed on the two sides and the top. A 4-side seal sachet is made from two webs sealed on all four edges, which gives a flat, even border and two fully printable faces. Both can have a tear notch, rounded corners and a hang hole.
Pre-made sachets or rollstock
For smaller runs or hand filling, we supply pre-made sachets open on one side for you or your co-packer to fill and heat seal. For high volumes, we print rollstock for your sachet machine, which forms, fills and seals each packet in one pass.
Films for sachets
Foil laminates protect oils, powders and actives from oxygen, moisture and light; metallized and clear films suit dry products with shorter shelf lives; paper laminations give a natural look. We match the inner sealant to what the sachet holds, so liquids and creams seal cleanly.
Wholesale and bulk sachets
Sachets are bought in bulk: sample programs and single-serve lines run to tens or hundreds of thousands of packets. Private label sachet buyers often order one sachet size in several printed versions, and the price per sachet drops quickly as volumes rise.
