Production begins after: (1) order confirmation, (2) final proof approval, and (3) receipt of any required payment.

Rush production is available for most products at an additional cost. Indicate your deadline when requesting a quote, and we'll confirm rush availability and pricing.

Yes! We always quote Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) prices. All freight, customs clearance, and import duties are 100% included in your quoted price, so you never pay surprise carrier fees or tariffs upon delivery.

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) across all 50 US states, Canada, the UK, the European Union, Australia, the UAE, and directly to your 3PL, co-packer, or fulfillment center.

Standard production is 10–14 business days after digital proof approval, plus 2–5 business days for US DDP delivery (or 3–7 business days with rush production). Your exact in-hand delivery window is confirmed on your quote.

Yes — every order is backed by our 30-Day Free Reprint & Return Guarantee. If your delivered packaging deviates from your client-approved artwork or specification sheet, has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged in transit, we provide a free priority reprint or a 30-day free return with a full refund. Because custom packaging is made to order, errors that were already present in the proof you approved or change-of-mind returns on conforming orders are not covered.

Report any quality defect, transit damage, or deviation from your client-approved proof within 30 days of delivery by emailing photos to returns@cubitpackaging.com. We will replace the order with a free priority reprint or provide a prepaid return label for a full refund.

Before printing begins, we send a digital proof and specification sheet for your review. If an error (such as a typo or dimension choice) was already in the client-approved proof, it is not covered under free returns — however, our team offers discounted priority reprints to help you get updated packaging quickly.
