Pillow Box
A pillow box gets its name from the curved, cushion-shaped profile formed by two convex flaps that fold inward at each end. No adhesive is needed for closure. The natural pocket created by the curves cradles small items like jewelry, cosmetic samples, gift cards, party favors, and hotel amenity kits. The shape stands out against rectangular competitors on retail shelves and gift displays, which is why event planners, jewelers, and cosmetics brands use them for sampling and seasonal promotions. Production is straightforward: the whole box cuts from a single flat sheet with no gluing, which makes it one of the cheapest custom packaging styles per unit despite looking expensive. Opening is intuitive since both ends flex outward under light thumb pressure. Available in SBS paperboard, kraft, metallic board, textured paper, rigid board, and eco kraft at Cubit, starting at 100 units.
