Hanger Boxes
A hanger box has a built-in tab with a die-cut hole (Euro-slot, J-hook, or round punch) that lets the package hang from pegboard hooks, clip strips, and endcap displays. The tab is cut from the box itself, so there is no separate hang component to attach during packing. Most hanger boxes also stand upright on a shelf when pegboard space runs out, giving retailers display flexibility. The extended back panel above the product compartment works as a header card for branding, ingredients, or barcodes. Common applications include cosmetics, phone accessories, small hardware, and confectionery. Standard construction is 16pt to 28pt SBS for a clean printing surface, or kraft for eco-positioning. Closures include reverse tuck end, snap-lock bottom, or auto-bottom for high-volume packing. Cubit produces custom hanger boxes from 100 units with full-color printing on all panels.
