Tuck Top Mailer
A tuck top mailer is a corrugated shipping box with a tuck-in lid flap instead of the four-flap RSC (Regular Slotted Container) closure found on standard shipping cartons. The single tuck flap opens and closes faster than taping four flaps, which speeds up both packing and returns processing. The tuck panel itself provides a large, flat printing surface on the inside that brands use for unboxing messages, product guides, or social media prompts. Construction uses single-wall corrugated board, usually E-flute or B-flute depending on product weight. E-flute (1/16 inch) keeps walls thin for a cleaner print surface; B-flute (1/8 inch) adds crush resistance for heavier contents. Tuck top mailers ship flat and pop open by hand without tools. They are the standard format for subscription boxes and D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands. Cubit produces custom tuck top mailers from 100 units.
