Reverse Tuck Hanger
A reverse tuck hanger combines a reverse tuck end closure with an integrated hang tab for retail pegboard display. The top flap tucks front-to-back and the bottom flap tucks back-to-front, which uses less material than straight tuck designs and creates a cleaner front panel for branding. The hang tab extends above the box body with a Euro-slot or round hole sized for standard pegboard hooks. This format covers two retail scenarios at once: it hangs on peg walls in hardware and convenience stores, and it stands upright on shelves when peg space is full. Construction typically runs 250-400gsm in SBS or folding boxboard. Closures use friction-fit or slit-lock tucks, with slit-locks preferred for products that get handled frequently. Common uses include cosmetics, phone accessories, small electronics, and OTC pharmaceuticals. Cubit produces custom reverse tuck hangers from 100 units.
