Rigid Board

Rigid board (also called greyboard or setup board) is a dense, thick paperboard running 1-3mm in caliper that holds its shape permanently. Unlike folding cartons that collapse flat, rigid board boxes stay assembled and never lose their structure. This permanence is the reason luxury brands in fashion, jewelry, watches, and premium spirits use rigid board as the foundation for their packaging.
