Custom stand-up pouches are the fastest-growing packaging format in food and consumer goods — combining shelf presence, barrier protection, and lightweight shipping in one flexible package. Cubit manufactures stand-up pouches from multi-layer laminated films including PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, and kraft/AL/PE structures.
Our pouch options include standard stand-up with zipper, flat bottom (box pouch), side gusset, quad seal, spouted, and retort configurations. Every pouch features a minimum 3-layer barrier construction for moisture, oxygen, and UV protection — keeping products fresh for 12-24 months.
Printing is available in up to 10-color rotogravure or digital for short runs. Finishing options include matte, gloss, soft-touch lamination, holographic film, and clear windows. Add-ons include resealable zippers, hang holes, tear notches, degassing valves (for coffee), and euro-slot holes.
All pouches are manufactured with FDA-compliant food-grade materials. We offer sustainable options including recyclable mono-material PE pouches, compostable PLA film, and kraft paper face stock. MOQ starts at 500 units with 12-16 day turnaround.
