Glass Carrier
A glass carrier is a corrugated or heavy cardboard container with die-cut cells and a carry handle designed to transport glass bottles safely. The most common format holds 4 or 6 bottles in individual cells separated by partition walls. Each cell wraps around the bottle neck and body, preventing lateral movement and bottle-to-bottle contact. Craft breweries, wineries, and artisan soda producers use glass carriers for taproom takeout, farmers market sales, and local delivery where bottles need to survive car rides without clanking together. The integrated carry handle (either die-cut from the structure or a separate attached handle) lets the customer grab the pack with one hand. Construction uses B-flute or C-flute corrugated for the weight of glass bottles (typically 12-20 oz each). Cell dividers can be full-height or partial-height depending on bottle neck width. Cubit produces custom glass carriers from 100 units.
