For lighter gift sets, a single-piece kraft hamper tray with a clear cellophane wrap starts at $1.20/unit at the same quantity.
Every hamper box gets structural engineering before production. We calculate internal clearances (3–5mm per side), wall thickness for weight support, and insert layouts for bottles, jars, or electronics. Our production line runs 6-color Heidelberg offset presses for color accuracy, and all boxes pass a 3-point QC check: print registration, structural integrity, and finish consistency.
