Disclosure: Cubit Packaging publishes this guide and is one of the ten companies compared. We applied the same criteria to every company, including ours.
A 10,000-carton order is a production run, not a sample job. The questions change. Which print method fits? How long from proof to delivery? Who handles the reorder? This guide compares ten folding carton suppliers that buyers find in search, using only what each company publishes about itself.
The list is alphabetical, not a ranking. The right supplier depends on your quantity, formats and how you want to buy.
How we compared
We checked each company's own carton, pricing or capability pages on 1 November 2026. Every fact below is as published on their site that day. Where a site gives no fact, we wrote "not stated". Where a site did not load, we wrote "not confirmed". We used no reviews or third-party claims.
- Minimum as stated. The smallest printed carton order the site names, if it names one.
- Formats. The carton styles the site lists, such as tuck end, auto-bottom, sleeves, windows and display cartons.
- Lead time as stated. Only figures the site gives. Claims without a number count as not stated.
- Where made as stated. The production location the site gives. An office address is noted as an office.
- Instant online pricing vs quote form. Whether the site shows a price or asks you to request a quote.
- Who it suits. Our reading of the buyers each site says it serves.
Two sites did not load for us on 1 November 2026: Belmark and Packlane. Their rows say "not confirmed". Check those details with each company.

How to choose
- Start with your quantity. At 10,000 cartons and up, many suppliers move from digital to offset or flexo. Ask which method each quote uses.
- Compare like with like. Ask every supplier to quote the same specs at 10,000, 25,000 and 50,000.
- Get lead time in writing, from proof approval to delivery at your door. Most sites here publish no figure.
- Ask where the cartons are made if it matters to you. Several sites here name no production location or give only an office address.
- Check delivery terms. A delivered duty paid price includes freight and import duties to your door. An ex-works price does not.
- Plan the reorder. Ask who handles it and whether your dieline and color targets stay on file.
If you are planning a run of 10,000 cartons or more, see Cubit bulk packaging and wholesale folding cartons, or send your specs through the quote form.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a high-volume folding carton order?
There is no fixed line; each supplier sets its own. Meyers writes for high-volume, ongoing programs, and Teal says high-volume orders take longer than its standard production time. For many buyers, 10,000 cartons per design is where the print method and the quote start to change.
Which print method suits 10,000 or more cartons?
Offset lithography is the usual choice for long runs, as PakFactory and Meyers both say. Digital suits short runs, prototypes and many versions. Some suppliers also run flexo. Ask which method each supplier would use for your quantity.
How long does a 10,000-carton order take?
It depends on the supplier, format and finishes; most sites here publish no figure. Teal states about 7 business days of production after proof approval. At Cubit Packaging, production takes 7 to 12 business days after proof approval, and the quote lists Normal, Express and Priority delivery with turnaround.
Is instant online pricing or a quote form better for large orders?
Online pricing is quick for standard sizes. Large orders usually involve custom sizes, boards and finishes, so most suppliers here quote them. A quote showing several quantities side by side is easier to compare.
What should I send to get an accurate carton quote?
Send the carton style, inside dimensions, board, print colors, finishes, number of designs, quantity, any larger quantities to price, delivery address and target in-hand date. Artwork or a dieline helps. A Cubit quote prices your quantity plus up to three larger runs.
