Disclosure: Cubit Packaging publishes this guide and is one of the ten suppliers in it. Cubit's entry uses Cubit's own facts. Every other entry uses only what that company's website said when we checked it.
A corporate gift program is rarely a one-off order. The same box goes out every quarter or every December. So production time, reorders and shipping to a list of addresses matter as much as the box. This guide compares ten suppliers that appear when buyers search for corporate gift boxes in bulk.
How we compared
We read each supplier's gift box or corporate gifting page in October 2026. We did not order samples or request quotes. Every competitor fact below is as published on their site, October 2026. Where a page did not give a fact, we wrote "not stated". Sites change, so check the live page before you order.
We compared six things:
- Minimum, as stated. The smallest order the page names.
- Formats. Gift box styles offered, such as rigid two-piece, magnetic, drawer or folding.
- Lead time, as stated. In the supplier's own terms.
- Where made, as stated. Only if the page says so. Office addresses are noted separately.
- Instant online pricing vs quote form. Whether you can check out at a listed price or must send a request.
- Who it suits. Our reading of each page's intended buyer.
We did not compare prices; the FAQ explains why. The list is alphabetical, not a ranking.

How to choose
Boxes or finished gifts? Most suppliers here sell packaging; Foxblossom sells the filled gift. If you also need gifts packed, ask about kitting early (see the FAQ below).
Stock or custom? Action Packaging, Mid-Atlantic Packaging and FoldaBox USA show prices online for ready-made boxes with logo options. That can suit smaller counts, but check dispatch times on each listing. Custom Boxes Inc, Half Price Packaging, Oxo Packaging, PlusPrinters, Teal Packaging and Cubit offer boxes built to your size and print, with quote forms for custom orders.
When must the gifts arrive? Work back from the date: proof approval, then production, then delivery. Check whether a stated lead time counts from proof approval, from order, or to dispatch. Get the delivery option in writing on the quote.
Will you reorder? Ask for prices at more than one quantity, one contact for reorders, and specs kept on file.
If your program covers more than one packaging type, see bulk packaging. For a Cubit quote with your quantity and up to three larger runs priced side by side, use the quote form.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I look for in a corporate gift packaging supplier?
Check the formats, the stated minimum, how the lead time is counted, and whether pricing is online or by quote. For a repeat program, ask who handles reorders and whether kitting is available.
How far ahead should I order corporate gift boxes?
Work back from your delivery date. Allow time for proof approval, then production, then delivery. At Cubit, production takes 7 to 12 business days after you approve the proof, and you choose normal or fast delivery on the quote.
What is the difference between stock and custom gift boxes?
Stock boxes come in set sizes and colors and can often be bought online, sometimes with a logo added. Custom boxes are made to your size, board and print, so they need a proof and a production run.
Can a packaging supplier pack and ship gifts to each recipient?
Some can. Teal's fulfillment page says it kits orders and ships them to individual recipient addresses. Foxblossom offers multi-address checkout for its finished gifts. Cubit arranges kitting, co-packing and fulfillment through partners.
Why does this comparison not list prices?
Gift box prices depend on size, board, finish, inserts, quantity and delivery speed, so a starting price rarely matches your spec. Compare quotes for the same spec and quantity. A Cubit quote prices your quantity plus up to three larger runs.
