Yes. All Cubit tobacco packaging meets FDA tobacco product requirements and TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) regulations. We include proper health warning placement zones, required text sizing, and surgeon general warning formatting as mandated by federal law.
Can I get custom printed cigarette boxes?
Absolutely. Full-color offset printing with Pantone matching. Finishes include metallic foil (gold, silver), embossing, debossing, spot UV, and holographic effects. Inside printing and foil lining available for premium brands.
What is the MOQ for custom cigarette packaging?
Custom cigarette boxes start at 500 units for flip-top hard packs. Soft packs start at 1,000 units. Outer cartons (10-pack or 20-pack) start at 250 units. All include free structural design and compliance review.
Do you offer blank cigarette boxes?
Yes. Blank (unprinted) flip-top cigarette boxes are available in white, kraft, and black. Stock sizes ship in 3-5 business days. Custom sizes in blank require 7-10 days production.
What materials are used for cigarette packaging?
Standard is 350gsm SBS C1S board with inner foil lamination. Options include 300gsm for soft packs, 400gsm for premium hard packs, and specialty boards (metallic, textured, recycled kraft). All printed with FDA-compliant food-grade inks.
